The Old Town Square is a beautiful, historical spot only five minutes’ walk away from the other main square in Prague, Wenceslas Square. There are numerous sights to behold in this square. Especially at Christmas time with the colorful, festive market taking place right in the centre. This is a wondrous vision to see. I was fortunate to be here at this time in early December.

There are also the twin towers of the Tyn Church or Cathedral, a fantastical Disney or fairy-tale-like appearance you can see panoramically from every direction you look. You can even see it at the very top of the Town Hall. The Old Town Hall Tower and Astronomical Clock is another Gothic offering on show. The Old Town Square dates back to 600 or 700 years ago. Even so, it remains to this day, a delight for the senses.
